Love her books. Her characters are wonderful and feel like best friends of 30 years. Women will certainly relate to what they are going through and cheer them on as they come into the full power in midlife. The stories make it hard to put her books them down, I am now waiting for the next books to come out in Dec for both Midlife Witchery and Mystical Magic in Maine series. I certainly hope these series continue for awhile as this 70 year old Canadian lady will hate to say goodbye to my friends. I can see myself reading these series over in the years to come as they are just that good. Thank you so much Brenda!!!

This story was a bit different. And I loved it for this reason. The main character is almost 40 years old, lived her life, is a widow, and ger children are off to college to start their lives. Fiona takes over her Grandmother's Estate only to find out that she has inherited the role of Guardian. That means, she is in control of who get through from Faery. Only someone doesn't want her to take that role. This book was fast paced, awesome world building, and extremely hot, sizzling romance. Hopefully, we won't have to wait too long for the continuation.

So now I'm stuck waiting for book five! What a phenomenal series. Rich loveable characters and wild fabulous story lines. I reviewed book one and was hopeful the rest of the series would be as good and I can attest that it gets better! Terrific read. Fantastic job Brenda!.

Rumor has it that midlife is for drinking wine, traveling, and discovering the joy of life. But there's no rest for the wicked. Or for a Fae-witch hybrid like myself.
Danger follows me everywhere - even to the grocery store - as the evil entity continues to stalk supernaturals in Cottlehill Wilds. But I barely have time to worry about that now that the Fae Queen is dead. My bad. No, seriously. I let my power loose and it took over. Leaving Grams behind to return to Eidothea and fight a war wasn't exactly in my plans.
